Healthcare has one thing backwards. A hospital survives on sickness. Its beds and machines have to be fed, so its economics pull toward the procedure and the costliest 5% of patients who consume half the spend. The clinic is the opposite. It survives by keeping people well and out of the hospital.

So we build from the clinic. At its core is a learning loop that gets smarter with every patient it sees. The patient gets agency over their own health. The provider gets a full view. The payer gets accountability. The cost of care comes down until the right care is also the cheapest care.

When doing right by the patient is also the rational economic act, prevention stops being charity. We replicate the unit and carry it into the home, until healthcare is no longer an institution but a system that comes to you. That is the bet: human flourishing, made economically inevitable, is the largest opportunity in healthcare.
